Onsite Coordination

E91 will place a resource at the customer facility that fully understands the expertise, talent and experience of our Design Centers. This resource will work with our Engineering Managers to coordinate and schedule workload with as many Design Center resources as necessary. This process allows workload to be completed with minimal onsite oversight and overhead.

E91 manages customer workload and the resources completing the workload, while leveraging an onsite resource to communicate directly with customer's systems and staff. Whether it's cleaning up Engineering Change Notices or a New Product Development Program, our Onsite Coordination model allows the flexibility needed to complete workload efficiently and effectively.
